Meet & Greet
it's always great to meet our clients on-site, we get extremely excited about starting a new project we love to discuss plans, ideas and budget.
Planning
if you would like us to assist with a soil test, site survey and drafting plans or architects appointments. We have in place an agreement and deposit required , this is to help cover our out of pocket expenses.
Alternatively we are happy to work with you if you have plans already done.
Design
time for selections for all fixtures and fittings, from that carpet colour to the kitchen sink tap to make your dream home come to life.
Build Quote & Approval Contract
At this stage, a budget estimate will be presented to you to ensure we are on the same page, once you are happy we are ready to submit it to the council and other departments to obtain the required approvals. if all is approved a contract is presented for you to review and sign once you are happy. It is then time to submit to your bank for approval (if applicable).
